Good size car park that you pay £8 for the privilege of using. Quick check in, no information given, said it's all on the TV! Room was up a flight of stairs Nice spacious room And bathroom The bed is super comfortable, though the pillows are rather thin! Wi-Fi excellent Shower hot and powerful Free use of the leisure centre Breakfast not included not sure if you could add on! Would stay again if in the area.

Great position just off the motorway. Thank you to the hard working Nazmus for allocating us a large room. The breakfast here is really good and better than most double trees to be fair. Jonathan, Anika and Chandra are always welcoming and helpful at breakfast. My daughter used the pool and the sauna and said it was great! We like the people here, they are a good advertisement for Bristol to be honest. Tip; There's a Toby carvery very close to the hotel and the roast was lush!

Checked in late on Saturday night after working in Bristol. Arrived to a very helpful front desk agent named Lee who was exceptional. He made sure the room was well prepared, recommended late night food options aswell as advising us on breakfast tomorrow and things to do in Bristol. The stay overall has been lovely. The room I was in is new built and features all the up to date tech you’d expect. Would recommend and thank you Lee!

Excellent service. The gentleman at reception called Lee couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, really made me feel welcome. Large room, powerful shower, coffee machine and fridge in the room. Quite Aircon. Good breakfast. Bits of hotel interior looks aged. But overall fine. Excellent staff.

Brilliant hotel with 12 x 400watt EV chargers on site. Special shout out to Jonathan and Aria at breadfast, which was lovely and for Lee on reception for the warm chocolate cookies and upgraded room. Everything was how I had hoped or better, and definitely would come here again if I the area. Highly recommended.

Just joined up at the gym , good price for membership and lovely atmosphere to chill out in after exercise. Today we had a couple of drinks after sitting in the lounge and the serving assistant Paneth was very friendly and had a lovely chat with me. She then bought our drinks over to our table with a smile and lovely manner. Hope she’s on next time we come to the gym

My brother and myself stayed here. Management lovely and so approachable, when we arrived unfortunately we were given the wrong room due to my brother been disabled so we need an accessible wet room for him went and spoke to management. They were so accommodating and sorted the situation it was resolved in no time at all asked if they could help us in any other way with our bags, et cetera stuff was so accommodating as well lovely lovely room couldn’t fault anything of the room on leaving we said we would be back and that’s why I’ve rated it. It’s five stars no faults whatsoever.

The hotel has a fine with a perfectly acceptable clean room .. I could be anywhere though but the delightful warm cookie on arrival reminded me which chain I was staying with. The lady on reception was charming but I have to say how impressed I was with the server at dinner. Abi is genuine , approachable , professional and an asset to the hotel. I won’t remember the room decor but I will remember this member of staff.
